Extreme sleep deprivation from having, for 3 weeks, a screaming prisoner in the cell beside Reiner. - a prisoner clearly mentally ill, who should not have been in prison but being treated for mental illness. Also Reiner has been close to prisoners being beaten, destroyed. Is Reiner still fit to stand trial?
