REINER. COURT DAY 44, FEB 26, 2025. CLAUDIA JAWORSKI with the COURT REPORT of REINER'S FOURTH DAY IN A ROW PRESENTING HIS FINAL PLEA.
Day 44. February 26, 2025. And it’s Reiner’s 4th day in a row with his closing arguments, his final plea.
Was it being untrustworthy or was it just a loan? 44th day of the trial
Dr. Füllmich continued his plea on 26.02.2025, the fourth day in a row. This time, he focused on the chat transcripts between himself and Viviane Fischer, which are supposed to prove that the Corona Committee never had a financial crisis.
Once again, he drew attention to the three levels on which he sees the court's framework for action.
The first level is the initial accusation of the loan agreements being in violation of company law. The second level is what the court made of them, namely hidden trust agreements. And the last level concerns his treatment as a prisoner in Rosdorf Prison, which he sees as aimed at “driving him mad and continuing to criminalize him.”
This time I (Claudia Jaworski) was able to convince a Füllmich critic to share his perception and assessment of the legal situation with me at the Agora in front of the court. Two legal opinions became clear during this interview.
Finally, the main defense lawyer Katja Wörmer brought up another unusual aspect. Allegedly, the public prosecutor's office is investigating the defense lawyers (meaning Katja Wörmer, etc). The complainant is said to have found out about this earlier than the defense lawyers themselves and is also said to have told uninvolved third parties.

I don’t understand why there is a focus on “the trial”. If Reiner had performed an illegal financial transaction, why has he been in custody for 500+ days?
That isn’t what this incarceration is about.
I don’t care one way or another about the relatively small charges made against him.
Politicians and business people do things that are 1000x worse every day.
While they’re not ok either, my point is, nobody gets locked up for 500 days on charges relating to alleged improprieties of this magnitude, of around the value of a nice but not luxuriant home?
It’s been clear for this reason alone that his illegal apprehension in Mexico in 2023 & subsequent imprisonment has NOTHING to do with the allegations against him. That’s why I say I don’t care what they decide about them. It won’t be meaningful, because I already don’t believe the government in this matter.
Free Dr Reiner Fuellmich, now. He can continue to cooperate with the charges.
