REINER. COURT DAY 42, FEB 18, 2025. CLAUDIA JAWORSKI'S COURT REPORT.

As was evident from the short report on Reiner’s first day back in court, Reiner is not beaten, not defeated, not despondent, not depressed, not hopeless. Absolutely not.

Claudia Jaworski did a count report on Day 41. She’s back with another on Day 42. We’re outside the court buildings., with interviews from before the day starts, and then from whenever there is a break, ending at the end of the day.

Reiner is still giving his final plea.

What stands out for me is that, despite all the evidence that the main judge, Schindler, has decided - from before the start of the trial - to sentence Reiner, no matter what the evidence (which clearly shows Riner is innocent), Reiner has not given up hope of reaching others like the lay judges and the different public prosecutors. Those who are coming to the trial also have hope.

I don’t know if it’s that hope springs eternal, or if it’s that people with caring and empathy, as well as with a commitment to truth and justice, just find it basically impossible to believe that people utterly different - no concern for truth and justice, no caring and empathy, could actually exist.

On 18.02.25 we accompanied the 42nd day of the trial in the case of Dr. Reiner Füllmich. If you hadn't been sitting in the courtroom, you would have thought you were in the coronavirus committee. Because today the client was the plaintiff. He unmasked the real criminals who deceived the public about coronavirus and used his case to demonstrate the means by which Germany in particular is trying to get rid of critics. “Anyone who criticizes corona is treated like a mass murderer,” he said. “If you damage me, you damage the Corona Committee, you damage the entire resistance” is the mechanism, Füllmich said. According to the defendant, this is not a criminal offense, but a fabricated case.
