I am making notes of the sort of data processing that 'first hand' observations need to ascertain, about meanings generally known and accepted. There are statements from the Observer, and they need back up of a descriptive nature, such as the 'facial expressions' that suggest the Observer's assumed meaning. For instance 'made things worse for himself' needs contextualising with descriptive accounts... and terms such as 'appeared to' 'from an observer's point of view' etc. to contextualise.

This is solid news. It appears the similarities of names "Fischer" has misrepresented the perpetrator. Antonia Fischer appears to be the person of interest, while Vivian Fischer may not be. It's still confusing because Reiner had complained about Vivian in a similar context.

He has not been privy to Robert Brames video photographic evidence as his attorney has not deposed Robert Brame who has contacted the attorney. He has no access to a computer or the outside world. Mr Wakerman has been in jail for almost 7 months innocent of any crime. They brought him in court in shackels and he was barely able to walk. He does not look good physically or mentally. He was not even accused until almost a year after the fire. The original official cause of the fire was ' climate-change' . Why they chose him to frame we do not know. Mr. Wakerman lives on land he inherited from his grandfather there. Perhaps they want that real estate as it will be taken. If you can interview him Elsa that may help.
