Without knowing the full facts of the case but just by reading these notes it is clear the whole matter is a stitch up to punish Reiner who is after all a famous lawyer of repute who got involved in the whole Corona matter as a duty to humanity in order to find prosecution against the perpetrators of a genocidal crime. He was getting too close and his attempt to use the independent Māori court as a seat of justice amplified the possibility of success. I bet part of him wishes he never got involved in the first place. This is the thanks you often get from trying to help people. In the current global takedown of evil that is taking place I feel sure the authorities will back down soon enough. Vivian Fischer does not help herself in her responses or statements. I recall seeing her several times on the periodic Corona Committee updates where Reiner would bring the public up to date. I could never understand how Fischer had got involved in the first place…it seemed a very strange alliance between a famous lawyer and this weedy rather odd looking woman with the strange hairstyle who appeared in every sense to have escaped from a mental asylum (that might sound cruel but that is the impression I got and I am sure did many others so let’s say it the way it is). The judiciary everywhere is corrupted so as it stands Reiner will not get a fair hearing and his freedom rests with the global events mentioned above.
These were all interesting questions by the Defense .. and most of VF's answers are summed up as vague. It seems as if she is covering something defensively .. as if she would be embarrassed .. such as her memory of big/significant arguments and the payments with "black money".

Lawyer Wörmer: "Is it true that there are proceedings against you in Berlin for aiding and abetting embezzlement? What about that?"
Füllmich repeats his question: "Do you want to continue with these people on the coronavirus committee, despite my abduction from Mexico, despite everything that has happened, what has been done to me and to you?"
She doesn't give a specific answer. "I will do everything I can to ensure that the money is used for its intended purpose," replies Viviane Fischer. Nor is it a question of wanting to, because she is 'socially linked to the two of them', she adds.
Füllmich goes on to ask: after all the threats and complaints against her, doesn't she feel uncomfortable?
Viviane Fischer replies that she would counter all of this and defend herself. Lawyer Wörmer reminds her of the time in the Corona Committee, specifically July 2021.
It was said that she, Viviane Fischer, had reached the point where she had had enough with Antonia Fischer and Hoffmann and never wanted to see them again!
Does she remember what she said?
Fischer replies in the negative and adds: "I didn't say that."
Füllmich replies: "That was a huge argument and you don't remember it?" Fischer denies this: "It wasn't a huge fight!"

The questions-comments by Reiner and the Defense are revelations themselves .. as is the one that Reiner asks the Prosecuting Attorney .. about if he investigated VF's financial transactions .. rent to her parents etc. (I find it odd that VF's parents would bill her for a place to live .. esp. a large amount .. it seems there would be a "record").
