UPDATE. DAY 12, PART 1, of Reiner Fuellmich's trial. Testimony of Jens Kuhn, very disturbed by Viviane Fischer's late unannounced appearance at his home. From Jiota, @wearegreekja
Today the witness was Jens Kuhn, who had the gold stored in his safe when, unannounced, Vivianne Fisher made her appearance late in the evening with Cibis, demanding the gold and going on to make accusations emailed to him and to various people - like that he was melting the gold.
Kuhn is another person who would be compensated in a just system. Is the gold intact,? Acusations made may indicate what the actor wanted to do with it. How does anyone know if enough resources remain to compensate for the injustices committed by inflamed persons?
What time was this late night intrusion and incident? That would be very disturbing. This demand for the gold supports the notion of Cibis and his financial problems seeking resources to bail him out. When was his recent bankruptcy? I wonder if VF can be asked about monies paid to oval media and Cibis directly, and maybe her own personal monies paid to the company or Cibis. It speaks to motive of undermining and taking over the committee. It might also speak to some government “incentives” given to the other “recruits” used to frame up and prosecute Reiner.
I have never heard the time at night specified - just that it was late and unannounced. Also the demand came out of the blue. Yes: It speaks to motive of undermining and taking over the committee. So far, to the best of my knowledge, the gold is still in safe-keeping.
The chairman's action smacks of bias and a failure of due process. It cannot be right to suppress evidence as to prosecution witness character or actions, particularly those directly relating to events forming part of the case.
The chairman has previously acted to limit defence questioning of witnesses and to hide prosecution witness character evidence from the public. It is very telling.
Reiner knew all this. He was there as it happened, and certainly he knew why Kuhn had resigned. This is what he knew would be presented. No surprise to him.
We were told about the late-at-night visit with Cibis. This is the first I've heard (most of us have heard) of her threatening - I would say criminally threatening - behavior afterwards. It goes with everything we know about her (except her self-presentation).
That is totally right. The truth can be on one side and not "somewhere in the middle."
"Somewhere in the middle" applies far more to politics than it does individual disputes.
The truth is what really happened, not some kind of average opinion between two sides.

Part 2 say the time was 8pm. And Part 1 says the gold is in possession of a security company after Kuhn transferred it.
YES, the gold is in possession of a security company after Kuhn transferred it.
I will check re the time.

Complete agreement.
VF embroiled in an entirely new scandal... Reiner has to be smiling, now.
