The ANC Government are a Marxist Inspired communist régime masquerading as socialists.
The President has signed a bill making Confiscation without compensation normal when Confiscation of property is legal for criminals actions and is lawful.
They call this Expropriation without compensation where property. meaning any property The Act, which allows for the expropriation of any property, whether land, cash, moveable property, or corporate shares, without compensation. The justification for expropriation will be anything that is in the “public interest”. That means that just about anything can be confiscated for just about any reason. The claim is that the land was dispossessed by colonialism and apartheid and needs to be addressed by policy.
They have now busy establishing a Land Court to make the legal plunder appear to be legal. A court was already established long time ago so land claims could be made if they could be as prescribed by section 11(1) of the Restoration of Land Rights Act 22 of 1994. They are bypassing the act of parliament by creating another Land Court.
The ANC has expressed a desire to expropriate all farmland from white farmers and share it amongst their supporters.
The Marxist Communist Freedom Charter manifesto states "The People Shall Govern! The People Shall Share In The Countries Wealth. In Fact it was Karl Marx who wrote “the theory of the Communists may be summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private property.”
This is what is happening. Farmers are being relentlessly attacked by marauding gangs in rural areas.
We once had a rural protection system to protect farmers and that too was destroyed by the ANC when they came to power.
Many of the Afrikaans Farmers created farm schools on their property for their workers children to be educated. The ANC crated a land tenure act forcing farmers to provide land for their workers when they retired.
Yet the same Government does not provide the working state employees the same right to property that they enjoy when they retire even though they have stayed in these government houses for their entire careers. They have to provide their own housing.
Now they are also nationalising all medical facilities and creating a National Health Insurance for the people for Medical care.
