Since, according to the above video, the judge and the prosecution are guilty of crimes, how does Fuellmich get them indicted? Does the German court system have procedures for appeal to a higher court?
I know that more than one appeal (if that is the right word) has been submitted, the first soon after the judge suddenly changed the charge and cancelled further witnesses for Reiner, and another very recently. I do not know the procedure. I have heard that there are major flaws in the German legal system, making it hard to hold judges accountable and also overturn obviously unjust verdicts.
