US young people can exhibit alarming hostility and jealousy of elders. My son was shocked to hear it from peers--not just once. Politicians such as current potus get away with it with incredible obviousness. Lay-persons are attacked without mercy of any kind. Falling for con-games is a pattern in US elders. Reiner lived in US for a substatial time. Abuse of green-card holders for political reasons is also rampant in US. Secretary of state of the former state where I lived sends constant cautions about the latest confidence games against people who came of age in more innocent times. I have lived in hoods/favelas/ barios much of my adult life. I have learned paranoia in addition to the inherited kind.
We are being mind-controlled to hate, to pit ourselves against "others". In my mind, I see dogs trained to fight, just waiting to lunge. I see the massive Jew-hatred, white-hatred, etc.
VF clearly is NOT a pastor, and she does not mind insulting donors AS IF donors might want that of her! Big admission from her that she knows abusing Reiner with donors' funds would not go down well with donors. I know people in their late 80"s (vs Reiner in his mid-60's) who would not fit in your "elder" category - but in the old version of that category - those with the most accumulated wisdom.
I am not sure how much older I am than Reiner and than you--quite a bit. I moved with a hope of greater acceptance in your first category, in mx. I found it. The level of verbal abuse in US is shocking. I read about it from here.

I recommend this brief entry if you don't want to read Why Do You Care What Other People Think? and others of his writings. He became more popularly famous among lay people when he dropped a rubber o-ring gasket in ice-water to show why the Challenger rocket blew up after being ordered to launch on an icy morning in Florida so long ago. He spoke of wanting to reject the Nobel in one of the books about him or by him. He was not a fan of unearned authority. He was recruited to the evidence committe on Challenger by Ronald Reagan, as I recall. Reagan did not think it could be figured out without services of a no-bs physicist.

Thank you for giving me this understanding of your background, including the wrongful blaming and executing of your godfather at a time when so many Nazi scientists were being brought to the United States. Your lifepath - so important what you have chosen to do with your life, so important for our chances. Again, thank you. (A small aside, I'm no in the US, but in Canada.)
Reiner might even have be eligible for sanctuary on the basis of malicious prosecution. He would not be able to get out of Germany nowwithout papers. He is not Saunders, the film fugitive, or MacGyver, after all. I think eyes need to stay on the resources that have been taken by shifty confidence-persons and whether these characters have laundered resources out of reach of the interests of donors and other stake-holders.
I am reading Fresh Banana Leaves, a book by a Mexican woman who fought through to get a US piled-higher-and-deeper from a US source. The book is a hard-to-read, painful, history of colonial-abuse and the survival of a family against horrific odds.
If my math is correct, though I pnly found year-of-birth in a quick of cia-oh-pedia, Reiner is about 66 years old. In many countries, he is in full-on a less-advantaged cohort(except for heritage-advantaged politicians). In the US, there used to be gray panthers. It seems likely US no longer has any kind of panthers. Mexico may be different. Women here often blow me away. I thought I am tough! I am nothing, compared.
If the judge gets fed up enough, I hold hope, on the possibility all things are possible with Gaia, that the judge decides to break the clearly inhumane organized-torture-and-theft machinations, and throws it to a human-rights court. Reiner is not a spring chicken. They may have hoped to hurt him. as Assange has been physicay injured. Feyman is said to habe said he had to take Nobel prize or the brouhaha would have been worse. Feynman bouught something in mx with the dough, speaking of which, it was profoundly interesting that they might have lost rendition-investment at a different consulate. I sense that Viviane Fischer is "running for cover" following the disastrous performance by Hoffman.. In response to her excuse about submitting fees for services, Invoices can be created for gratis (no charge). She had no valid excuse not to create a certified acknowledgement of activities, questions and responses. Instead she resorted to childish word games that failed to absolve her of responsibility that led to Reiner's kidnapping.
It will be so interesting to see what the judge decides about this. Is she competent to stand for her own defense? What was the nature of manipulation by other accusers? The accusers either still possess the funds, or worse, they have laundered the funds somewhere they hope will be out of reach to facilitate the objectives clearly defined by the by-laws? Do the German state and the EU governing actors intend to make clear to the world that they have become authoritarian/totalitarian, as described by Eric Hoffer in The True Believer , so long ago (may Eric Hoffer rise in glory and live on in our hearts and minds)?
I would not be surprised to see the judge clear Reiner of the major charges against him however the judge may seek to protect himself by finding some kind of comparatively minor penalty for which Reiner is required to pay a fine or be restricted in his practice of law in Germany.
Another odd thing is, if she were a warrior woman, she would have laughed off criticism or totally ignored it. I sometimes wear my hair that way. So what? Who cares? Irrelevant.
It's now the hairstyle. It's how you wear it. I always had the strong feeling of something very "off" with VF - so I could point to the hair and dress, but it wasn't that.

Viviane Fischer is proving herself to be - un-reliable in more the one way. At the start of the Trial I didn't "recognize" her via her actions as a witness, etc. Her attitude was diametrically adverse to her very enthusiastic (persuasive attempts) "knowledge" of Reiner's criminality. There was never any room for doubt - she made it sound as though all "evidence" had given her the authority to cowardly attack him - publicly. Presently V. Fischer is attempting to cleanse herself of any wrong doing. Too late. Her motives were self-recorded.
Thank you to Elsa for creating this substack series of "truthsummit" following the trial, and to Jiota for attending and writing the day's hearings and Sissi's translations. This is a criminal court that should be in a civil court. There are a lot of documentation to support or not each side of the claim, though it appears to be mostly Reiner Fuellmich's paperwork. The accuser's group seems to have little to present to deny the defendant's claim of innocence. Seems to be a lot of interest, even on the part of the judge that sounds like gossip! Perhaps he is looking for an out to keep the German Government from getting smeared with egg on its face. In the meantime, VF appears to be digging herself a ditch to jump into & hide, while forgetting that she is an accuser, while supporting the defendant. Why not just say, I recant, change her position - formally - accept that her submissiveness has thrown her in with & being led by a bad lot of money-grubbers? i.e. Smart sheep are still sheep! I can believe that Reiner Fuellmich was in burn-out in the middle of their chorus of social interactions.
I have the sense more that he had moved on, was creating ICIC, was caught up in the excellent interviews he was doing. That is what motivated him. Also, he was never informed about the charges against him. Hard to believe the extent of the charges!!!! - unbacked by evidence, from all the massive evidence we get from Reiner.
Thanks for posting this update, Elsa. I still have questions about why he and Inka were in Mexico and why he had not returned to his California residence. This scenario appears to be a clue that Reiner was avoiding a confrontation with German authorities as he knew they were "after him".

US young people can exhibit alarming hostility and jealousy of elders. My son was shocked to hear it from peers--not just once. Politicians such as current potus get away with it with incredible obviousness. Lay-persons are attacked without mercy of any kind. Falling for con-games is a pattern in US elders. Reiner lived in US for a substatial time. Abuse of green-card holders for political reasons is also rampant in US. Secretary of state of the former state where I lived sends constant cautions about the latest confidence games against people who came of age in more innocent times. I have lived in hoods/favelas/ barios much of my adult life. I have learned paranoia in addition to the inherited kind.
We are being mind-controlled to hate, to pit ourselves against "others". In my mind, I see dogs trained to fight, just waiting to lunge. I see the massive Jew-hatred, white-hatred, etc.
VF clearly is NOT a pastor, and she does not mind insulting donors AS IF donors might want that of her! Big admission from her that she knows abusing Reiner with donors' funds would not go down well with donors. Using private fami-y equity from Fuellmich family hoise-sale is another cause of action altogether--elder-abuse much?
I know people in their late 80"s (vs Reiner in his mid-60's) who would not fit in your "elder" category - but in the old version of that category - those with the most accumulated wisdom.
I am not sure how much older I am than Reiner and than you--quite a bit. I moved with a hope of greater acceptance in your first category, in mx. I found it. The level of verbal abuse in US is shocking. I read about it from here.

The Britanica entry about Feynman was edited by a fellow physicist who wrote a biography of Feynman. I recommend this brief entry if you don't want to read Why Do You Care What Other People Think? and others of his writings. He became more popularly famous among lay people when he dropped a rubber o-ring gasket in ice-water to show why the Challenger rocket blew up after being ordered to launch on an icy morning in Florida so long ago. He spoke of wanting to reject the Nobel in one of the books about him or by him. He was not a fan of unearned authority. He was recruited to the evidence committe on Challenger by Ronald Reagan, as I recall. Reagan did not think it could be figured out without services of a no-bs physicist.

Thank you for giving me this understanding of your background, including the wrongful blaming and executing of your godfather at a time when so many Nazi scientists were being brought to the United States. Your lifepath - so important what you have chosen to do with your life, so important for our chances. Again, thank you. (A small aside, I'm no in the US, but in Canada.)
Reiner might even have be eligible for sanctuary on the basis of malicious prosecution. He would not be able to get out of Germany nowwithout papers. He is not Saunders, the film fugitive, or MacGyver, after all. I think eyes need to stay on the resources that have been taken by shifty confidence-persons and whether these characters have laundered resources out of reach of the interests of donors and other stake-holders.
Ideally he will walk free. That's the current focus.
I am reading Fresh Banana Leaves, a book by a Mexican woman who fought through to get a US piled-higher-and-deeper from a US source. The book is a hard-to-read, painful, history of colonial-abuse and the survival of a family against horrific odds.
If my math is correct, though I pnly found year-of-birth in a quick of cia-oh-pedia, Reiner is about 66 years old. In many countries, he is in full-on a less-advantaged cohort(except for heritage-advantaged politicians). In the US, there used to be gray panthers. It seems likely US no longer has any kind of panthers. Mexico may be different. Women here often blow me away. I thought I am tough! I am nothing, compared.
If the judge gets fed up enough, I hold hope, on the possibility all things are possible with Gaia, that the judge decides to break the clearly inhumane organized-torture-and-theft machinations, and throws it to a human-rights court. Reiner is not a spring chicken. They may have hoped to hurt him. as Assange has been physicay injured. Feyman is said to habe said he had to take Nobel prize or the brouhaha would have been worse. Feynman bouught something in mx with the dough, speaking of which, it was profoundly interesting that they might have lost rendition-investment at a different consulate. It is possible fed mx gov is not happy with the pr-outcome of this!
These are complexities - re Feyman, I am not aware of. I have tried to have (and keep enlarging) a general awareness and understanding of what I call the Psy-Op Jungle. I sense that Viviane Fischer is "running for cover" following the disastrous performance by Hoffman.. In response to her excuse about submitting fees for services, Invoices can be created for gratis (no charge). She had no valid excuse not to create a certified acknowledgement of activities, questions and responses. Instead she resorted to childish word games that failed to absolve her of responsibility that led to Reiner's kidnapping.
Aha! What a mess of childish contrivances. Massive contradictions and manipulations emerge.
It will be so interesting to see what the judge decides about this. Is she competent to stand for her own defense? What was the nature of manipulation by other accusers? The accusers either still possess the funds, or worse, they have laundered the funds somewhere they hope will be out of reach to facilitate the objectives clearly defined by the by-laws? Do the German state and the EU governing actors intend to make clear to the world that they have become authoritarian/totalitarian, as described by Eric Hoffer in The True Believer , so long ago (may Eric Hoffer rise in glory and live on in our hearts and minds)?
I would not be surprised to see the judge clear Reiner of the major charges against him however the judge may seek to protect himself by finding some kind of comparatively minor penalty for which Reiner is required to pay a fine or be restricted in his practice of law in Germany.
Another odd thing is, if she were a warrior woman, she would have laughed off criticism or totally ignored it. I sometimes wear my hair that way. So what? Who cares? Irrelevant.
It's now the hairstyle. It's how you wear it. I always had the strong feeling of something very "off" with VF - so I could point to the hair and dress, but it wasn't that.
The more I hear about the confused & confusing accusations, Dr. Reiner Füllmich is facing - the deeper I am convinced - this is the old German "GeStaPo" (Secret State Police) pulling the strings behind the scene!

If there was REAL justice in this TRAGEDY for MANKIND - Dr. Reiner Füllmich would have NEVER ever been been SECRETLY & ILLEGALLY arrested in Mexico by UNKNOWN CRIMINALS - and immediately released, right after his initial testimony!
I experience it as an insult to our sense of justice, our built-in ethical sense (unless we are psychopaths, who certainly do walk among us).
Viviane Fischer is proving herself to be - un-reliable in more the one way. At the start of the Trial I didn't "recognize" her via her actions as a witness, etc. Her attitude was diametrically adverse to her very enthusiastic (persuasive attempts) "knowledge" of Reiner's criminality. There was never any room for doubt - she made it sound as though all "evidence" had given her the authority to cowardly attack him - publicly. Presently V. Fischer is attempting to cleanse herself of any wrong doing. Too late. Her motives were self-recorded.

This is a criminal court that should be in a civil court. There are a lot of documentation to support or not each side of the claim, though it appears to be mostly Reiner Fuellmich's paperwork. The accuser's group seems to have little to present to deny the defendant's claim of innocence. Seems to be a lot of interest, even on the part of the judge that sounds like gossip! Perhaps he is looking for an out to keep the German Government from getting smeared with egg on its face. In the meantime, VF appears to be digging herself a ditch to jump into & hide, while forgetting that she is an accuser, while supporting the defendant. Why not just say, I recant, change her position - formally - accept that her submissiveness has thrown her in with & being led by a bad lot of money-grubbers? i.e. Smart sheep are still sheep! I can believe that Reiner Fuellmich was in burn-out in the middle of their chorus of social interactions.
I have the sense more that he had moved on, was creating ICIC, was caught up in the excellent interviews he was doing. That is what motivated him. Also, he was never informed about the charges against him. Hard to believe the extent of the charges!!!! - unbacked by evidence, from all the massive evidence we get from Reiner.
Thanks for posting this update, Elsa. I still have questions about why he and Inka were in Mexico and why he had not returned to his California residence. This scenario appears to be a clue that Reiner was avoiding a confrontation with German authorities as he knew they were "after him".
You are right, Irma, Reiner and Inka were on their way way to the ranch when the US cancelled Reiner's visa. Harold, it would make sense for you to listen to Reiner's account of events. Also the account of the events has been presented on this Substack a number of times. Also already presented several times, that Reiner did not know the German authorities were after him.
From what I have heard, it was cancelled.
