Hi!

It appears to me that when a complaint (accusation) is made, it becomes an excuse to take away Reiner's rights, and he is in a very vulnerable position.

I pray that he is not physically harm as psychological abuse is harmful, too.

This has the potential to be used over and over again in order to punish him.

Hopefully it is not.

If no evidence is found based on the accusation, is there an apology or a written report

as such and sent to the court, his lawyers, etc?

Is the accuser interviewed regarding how he or she came to the conclusion that Reiner violated laws/jail protocols?

Will someone talk about this over time?

God love Reiner and all his supporters.

Thank you!

We don't know that a complaint was made. We only know there is a CLAIM that.a complaint was made. Then, since nothing was found to confirm the validity of the complaint, clearly there was no justification for what was done - which was against the law, no matter what.

His lawyer has said she is following up. I believe she will certainly be following up.

Hi!

Thanks for the clarification.

Something caused the jailers to investigate Reiner and isolate him.

If there was an accuser, then that accuser needs to be dealt with.

Thank you!

The accuser: anonymous. Meaning, no one to be dealt with (if ever that person existed).

Hi!

Here in these United States, the accused has a right to know his or her accuser.

What about Germany?

Thank you!

You can't know "anonymous." Normally such an accusation would not be taken so seriously - no name (on the side of the mainstream) makes a charge anonmously!!!

I agree: this must be stopped.

"The Chamber itself considers that the taking of evidence is complete, which means that its verdict is final. The public prosecutor has nothing to add. "

Can someone please explain whey Katya is still allowed to submit more motions?

Obviously she does not accept this. Note also Reiner's statement, which does not accept the pronouncement. "The Chamber itself CONSIDERS ..." - that does not mean it IS complete.

I don't accept it either lol!

Yet how can they speak in such terms "its verdict is final"?

If its questionable then it cannot be final???!

The judge may say something, and yet "it's not over until the fat lady sings."

It is likely fake. VF says this. And I have no evidence to refute this.
