Reiner is a political prisoner, as I understand the system. Whether he is or is not guilty of the charges laid against him, the treatment he has received, the liberties he has been denied and the undue restrictions, confinement and isolation with which he has been faced make it clear that the is being targeted for pre-trial punishment, harassment and intimidation.
Rather than be given bail, have his passport lifted (he has none now, anyway) and be confined to remain inside Germany's boundaries, he has been retained in what is, I understand, supposed to be a brief, pre-trial confinement in exceptionally restrictive conditions.
He has been charged with non-violent crimes but treated like the worst gang-related monster. This is intimidation and designed clearly to weaken the resolve of others who oppose the state and the supra-state system.
Reiner, we are watching you, and watching what is done to you and we are supporting you as you stand in the dock in our place.

Recently I've seen several court victories in the states that were surprising and unexpected. For me it’s like my body is an Ocean, and feelings and emotions fluctuate from day to day and moment to moment…with courage, determination and conviction to continue. It also helps when I look at my Dog’s furry face, my friends Cat, my Neighbor’s Alpaca’s and all of Nature and it’s beauty, and tell myself, “Oh, what a wonderful World”! ( Was that Nat King Cole?)……..Wishing you a blessed day full of great vibes as we continue to enter some stormy waters in 2024 ! We can do this !

It's good to keep ourselves informed, Marie-Claude, but it is heavy and depressing. So for most of the day, try and do nice things (away from TV, Laptop and Mobile phone) like looking at nature outside, the trees, the sun, the stars, etc. Listen to lovely music. And when horrible things come to your mind, just say NO, get out!!

Let's not make it easy for the system to take anyone out because we feel depressed or unloved. Our brain chemistry is affected by the food we eat, water we drink, and the things we think about. We need each other's strength .. bc we are like the cords that make up a rope. I have to go do something NICE (a walk in nature) to offset the horror that has been dropped over the whole world. We must be intentional about our actions .. take time to prepare some good brain food .. and do it on a daily basis. Soon our mood will change. Today I was reading a FB post from a friend .. she said that every day she would keep a journal .. recording 3 blessings a day. Even if it was only the names of her three dogs! She is doing much much better today. :-) Hugs!
Great advice. I have also started the 3 blessings a day journal to keep my mind focused on uplifting thoughts at least some of the day. It must be done in the atmosphere of today's world.
