I have written so much on Ed and Reiner - and ever so much less about my part in the story.
you may have left you out when writing and informing about Ed and Reiner, but, I do feel that we, well I, know you a little bit through it, not least your compassion, care and tenacity for what is right and search for the truth. x
Thank you. Yes, I agree: my personality does come through. But . . . one does not connect to Frodo because of his personality, though one may like him for it. One connects to Frodo because of what he does - and I'm aware that has generally been left out. In fact, I was rather intentionally not writing about myself - as in my classrooms (college), I was intentionally not speaking about my life - though of course my students got a sense of my personality plus my opinions.
