I am often asked: what about Viviane Fischer? Especially: what about Viviane Fischer’s allegations about Reiner Fuellmich and all she is saying now, wherever she can get a hearing? My response has been quite unchanging: I’m not interested. I have so many things I’m doing. I care a lot about what happens with Reiner - I care that he is free. I believe in his integrity, from all he has done. I don’t see how attention to VF is a productive use of my time.
However, other people are interested in paying attention to VF - including Helma Kustermann who asked for a refund from VF, did not get it, persisted and persisted some more. Finally she succeeded. It was not easy. A creative strategy was used. But finally, success.
That’s another story.
Helma did not leave it at that. She has a lifetime - more than 4 decades - of persistence in pursuit of success, notably against wrong-doers.
On December 28, she wrote to VF, cc’ing various people, including me. I have Helma’s permission to post the email, the six questions posed to VF and the one question posed to Antonia Fischer. I also have permission to include her name.

2. on 21.12.2023 you, Ms. Viviane Fischer, published a lot of text written by you on your website 2020News. You, Ms. Viviane Fischer, whine and complain, among other things, that your - at least former - friends... Dr. Justus Paul Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer want to make use of their right to a majority of votes in the shareholders' meeting "Corona Committee Number 1" to assert themselves against your, Ms. Viviane Fischer's, opinion.
Question:
Do you, Ms. Viviane Fischer, not consider it legal and legitimate for legally compliant resolutions to be passed in a company with a majority of votes, even if the minority does not agree with the content of the resolution, which raises the question of why you, Ms. Viviane Fischer, because you are now supposed to be the loser, are whining, clamouring, trying to portray yourself as a victim?
3. in autumn 2022, with your vote, Ms. Viviane Fischer, and the votes of your "friends" at the time, Dr. Justus Paul Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer, the co-partner Dr. Reiner Fuellmich was excluded from the company "Corona Committee Number 1" by a majority vote.
Question:
How do you, Ms. Viviane Fischer, justify the legality of this resolution "Exclusion of co-shareholder Dr. Reiner Fuellmich", which was passed by a majority non-publicly in autumn 2022, on the one hand, and now - as you bitterly lament on 21.12.2023 - publish considerable doubts about the non-public majority quorum of the shareholders Dr. Justus Paul Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer on the other?
The fourth question is addressed to Ms. Antonia Fischer.
4. on 10.10.2023 (4.31 p.m.) you, Ms. Antonia Fischer, write to Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, among other things

On 10.10.2023, you, Ms. Antonia Fischer, promised Dr. Reiner Fuellmich an early shareholders' meeting with a resolution in accordance with the "draft contract" previously negotiated between you and Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, which is why Dr. Reiner Fuellmich wanted/needed to attend the flight appointment on 11.10.2023 due to the required power of attorney and also attended, of which you, Ms. Antonia Fischer, were aware.
Question:
Why did this "shareholders' meeting" promised by you, Ms. Antonia Fischer, to Dr. Reiner Fuellmich on 10.10.2023 not take place?
The final three questions are again addressed to VF.
5. you, Ms. Viviane Fischer, write in your very extensive text on your website 2020News on 21.12.2023, among other things:
"... At the end of 2022, Justus Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer recalled me from the management of the Corona-Ausschuss Vorschalt gUG i.Gr. foundation with their majority of votes. Now they are going one step further: tomorrow, December 22, 2023, they have invited me to a shareholders' meeting at which they want to decide - against my will - that I should be cut off from the flow of information in the company in future. ... "
Question:
Did you, Ms. Viviane Fischer, actually ask Dr. Reiner Fuellmich in autumn 2022, when you and your "friends" at the time, Dr. Justus Paul Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer, voted by a majority to exclude him completely, including the exclusion of information from Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, whether he was happy with all this?
6. you, Ms. Viviane Fischer, publish on your website 2020News on 21.12.2023, among other things, photos of the properties such as "sold house in Göttingen" and "ranch in America" of Dr. Reiner Fuellmich.

7. you, Mrs. Viviane Fischer, have repeatedly referred on your Telegram channel - and also verbally - to your property with house, to your sheep breeding (according to my memory you once stated the size of the property as around 13 ha - 1 ha = 10,000 sqm), so that you seem to be a wealthy woman considering that you, Mrs. Viviane Fischer, were very successful as a hat maker and considering that you, Mrs. Viviane Fischer, have the incoming donations of the companies "Corona Committee".
Question:
Why don't you, Ms. Viviane Fischer, publish photos of your property, such as your house, estate and other things?
Somehow, with all the tragedy - Dr. Reiner Fuellmich has been a prisoner for 78 days and nights, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich has been in the remand prison for 76 days and nights! - is not without a certain comedy:
What you, Ms. Viviane Fischer, have publicly staged and celebrated against Dr. Reiner Fuellmich from 02.09.2022 now seems to somehow come back to you and that is exactly what has something of "situation comedy" for me...

NOW, IT’S ELSA:
There is an important piece of information not mentioned in these questions. There were 2 share-holder agreements. I had heard about that, and that the first one was not registered. Helma confirmed this and added:
The 1st Corona Committee company was founded by VF. RF, JPH and AF, with the agreement that in the event of withdrawal, the person who leaves is only entitled to 125 euros - nothing more.
In other words, there would be no financial benefit to anyone leaving.
As for the second company:
The second company, "Stiftung Corona Ausschuss," was founded by RF and VF. This company was registered. Each partner, i.e. RF and VF, had sole power of representation and was and is entitled to 50% of the assets upon dissolution.
Helma also added the information that there is a third company:
The third company "Stiftung Corona Ausschuss" was founded by VF and other persons, who are not known, after the second company and, according to VF, has "recognition of non-profit status". Recognition of non-profit status means that no income tax declaration has to be made and this foundation is exempt from corporation tax.
Here is what is clear: VF took part in deliberately excluding Reiner Fuellmich and publicly making allegations against him, and is not in accord with having the same strategy used against her to exclude her.
It is also clear that, according to the information above, the exclusion of co-shareholder Dr. Reiner Fuellmich was passed by a majority non-publicly in autumn 2022, by VF, JPH and AF voting to exclude co-partner Dr. Reiner Fuellmich from the company "Corona Committee Number 1."
Also it looks quite likely - though there is no proof - that Antonia Fischer (and quite likely also Justus Paul Hoffmann, who she says also wants to end things) were complicit in the plot to entrap Reiner Fuellmich so he could be forcibly returned to Germany, not to sign the draft contract (which she mentions), but to be arrested.
If this were a detective story - which on one level it is - all this would suggest the existence of some larger plot, with Antonia Fischer and Justus Paul Hoffmann perhaps happy to do what they are doing and/or perhaps puppets doing the calling of a more powerful force, and VF likely being a lesser puppet, who can be cast aside by Antonia Fischer and Justus Paul Hoffmann whenever they so choose - and then (in good film noir style) AF and JPH also being expendable near the close.

Even though they say the court of public opinion isn't real law...real law has, in many places been corrupted and cannot be trusted (money, blackmail or coercion seem to work well to achieve this), therefore for us in the public, our court may well be justified!
The minions of the powers that shouldn't be, whether with malicious intent or from ignorance, unwillingness to see, or plain stupidity, have infiltrated themselves 'a la fbi/cia type style', into so many good hearted groups with view to getting information or to cause mayhem, as has happened so often, in for instance peaceful demos or the time some idiot policeman (can't remember all the details) insinuated himself into a protest group and even made one of it's member pregnant, really goes to show one how low people are willing to go, how easily some will cast aside ethics and truths to give strength to some ideology or agenda of usually nefarious. harmful or otherwise un-needed activity, that will in no way see to the long term welfare of those minions. Do they do so from an ego point of view, is it for monetary gain? Whichever, it certainly shines a very bright light on how sick our society is and how (and don't anyone dare tell me that it 'always been so', 'that's what people are like', or other junk thinking of that nature) we have allowed 'education' to make fools of us, manipulating the unwary, playing on well brainwashed feelings of needing to be admired, better than, bigger than, richer than or whatever other ego/fear driven feelings inculcated by said education has brought about in people taught at state schools to regurgitate, compete and obey. Time for mindset change, me thinks.
