One cannot put donated funds from foundations / associations into personal investments, not even when you are a lawyer overseeing the accounts. This is accounting 101 and every lawyer knows this. If you want to get the funds out of an associate funding account and into an outside investment (which is possible and which actually makes sense) then they will have to be parked into escrow. You get an outside fund manager / lawyer to keep and hold the funds safe. Or an another organization. But never ever should funds go into one of the personal assets of one of the directors who have fiduciary duty as this breaks fiduciary trust. As for being grossly misled: it has been made clear that the charges are ones that are civil, not criminal (I hope I am getting the legal language right), so it does not appear there was misleading. As for the possibility that the office was incompetent, there has been no evidence, from all I have read, indicating incompetence.

In front of a judge you could argue it was done in good faith with the intent to get the funds back into the assiociation / foundation at a later date but that is a pretty hard burden of proof. The proper legal penalty if the transaction was done in good faith would be to no longer to allow someone to be a director of an association / foundation as clearly they do not know what they are doing. However if such a transaction (transferring associate funds into personal assets) is done in bad faith it may very well constitute embezzlement but that is for a court / law to decide.

In front of a judge you could argue it was done in good faith with the intent to get the funds back into the assiociation / foundation at a later date but that is a pretty hard burden of proof. The proper legal penalty if the transaction was done in good faith would be to no longer to allow someone to be a director of an association / foundation as clearly they do not know what they are doing. However if such a transaction (transferring associate funds into personal assets) is done in bad faith it may very well constitute embezzlement but that is for a court / law to decide.
Still never a reason however to hold someone in a maximum security holding facility. That part seems to be but a pretext and very political and is rather disturbing.
I can't see that Fuelmich caused ANY damage to the globalist plot, so "persecuting" him is only a sidetrack for people who would like to believe in "justice."
