“In September, 2022, Viviane Fischer, a partner with Fuellmich on the “Corona Investigative Committee” alleged Fuellmich had embezzled funds raised for the committee by overbilling (sic) for his legal services. Fuellmich denied the allegations and claimed they were politically motivated to sabotage the work of the committee, which produced a series of online interviews about so-called deep state involvement in the global Covid-19 response.
An arrest warrant was issued in March, 2023 related to the charges, but Fuellmich was not informed and was in Mexico at the time.
On October 13, 2023, Fuellmich was detained at the German consulate in Tijuana where he had an appointment to replace a stolen passport. He was flown to Frankfurt and arrested. Berlin DA’s stated that was no cause for a criminal investigation.”

On my second post, I translated the interview with Dagmar Schoen on Bittel.tv. You have added to that information, notably that: Berlin DA’s stated that was no cause for a criminal investigation. Clearly it was a ploy for "legal kidnapping."
I believe it is embezzlement - of money that is in the account of one of the people charging Reiner. A bizarre situation. The big thing: they wanted some charge on which to arrest him and get him into prison in Germany.
It makes no sense to arrest him. He couldn't even file a case in court, and if he could, he couldn't win, and if he won, nobody would enforce the verdict, which would be a slap on the wrist at most, anyway.
In his case, it was the safest place. He had his visa to the US revoked - which he'd had for 25 years - so he could not get into the US, where he had his main home. The dangerous place: German soil, the German embassy, where a warrant for his arrest, the first one issued in March, was spring on him. 6 men waiting to "escort" him to the airport. Not a very safe world!
I have no idea what the charges are. I will be listening to the broadcast. As I speak German, I will take notes, translate and update people. As for your OMG!! Yes, things are certanly escalating.

We are both huge supporters of all Reiner is doing. A question for me right now: how do we organize support for Reiner? I know no one will do all of that.
