Communists, or Socialists (which is just Communism light) have been trying to impose their destructive policies on the U.S. since the 1930s. We have been distracted by the military saber rattling of those countries for decades while ignoring the ideological propaganda being taught in every level of our educational system. This effort has paid off in bigger dividends than any military attack. We should have taken the threat of Nikita Kruschev who bragged, "we will take over your country without firing a shot". How close are they to doing it? There are a number of differing opinions on this, but when the results both systems on their citizens are compared side by side, Socialism's policies which have ruined every city, state, and country where they have been adopted should be ridiculed for the historical failure it has been.
