Day 45. March 10, 2025. A half day. After 4 days of Reiner giving his final plea, it was supposed to be Christian Miseré’s turn to make his final plea - but he called in sick. So Katja Woermer, who was also ill, jumped in her car and, not fully prepared, made her plea, while becoming more and more ill. The day was ended at noon.

It was not an easy day. Tensions. Anger. Reiner angry. Katja “assertive” (the word used in the video). There have been so many attacks on and denigrations of Reiner, his team, and his supporters. And then there were the judges sitting there smug, no questions, no interest in anything, their faces blank.

Another thing mentioned by Djamila and Kerstin was that Viviane Fischer has launched a case against Andrea Christidis for a statement she made that VF alleged was not true - that VF lacked the ability to repay at any time - which was a requirement. VF has won that case but Andrea is, as might be expected, appealing. For one thing, it was made clear during the trial that the evidence indicated that VF was unable to repay at any time.

VF is also, by the way, bringing charges against two other people.

My main comment - also made by Djamila and Kerstin: VF has made so many statements which invite her being charged. She is also the person without whom it is unlikely that Reiner could have been charged.

And now here she is!!

Of course, one could say that her behavior is to be expected.
