How do they know to book 5 more dates ?? Murderers have less trial dates. This is a threat to us all of what they can do if we step out of line with obeying the evil.
Why (why?!) so many? this'd wear down anyone--seems the "trials" are really "trials" (as in trials & tribulations) -- like psychological torture, made to dishearten. I'll keep focus on a good outcome but this does seem disproportionate...punative...an' downright mean ("cruel & unusual"). Are there any countries left that have honest court systems? I wonder...genuinely....

golly, that's a mess--don't know the German court system but of course Reiner's witnesses all should be able to speak! (not quite sure if here'bouts in the US a judge can nix a viable witness...hope not!)... but the entire process still ta me seems punative... like they wanna wear him down.... sendin' blessings either way--this is a landmark case for ALL of us in all nations--that's fer sure...
This was in June. The judge said no more witnesses needed. He had a preliminary judgement ready to read. At what was supposed to be the last trial date, neither of Reiner's lawyer's showed up. And now this. That's all I know.
His lawyers didn't show so the judge could not read out the preliminary judgement. It is the judge who had cancelled Reiner's witnesses. Quite some story.

If a Judge didn't want to admit a certain witness for X reason, ok.
But a flat decision like that is troubling. His lawyers didn't show, this isn't justice
